- Generate agreements and obtain electronic signatures.
- Set up and manage payment schedules.
- Process payments through third-party providers.
- Track jobs, receive notifications, and use ZIP-based pricing logic.
2. User Accounts
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
3. User Responsibilities
- Obtain client consent before entering their data.
- Use Services only for lawful purposes.
- Not upload harmful, infringing, or illegal content.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the Services without authorization.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Some features may be subject to subscription fees or usage charges.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Electronic Signatures
By using QuickEstimate’s agreement features, you consent to the use of electronic signatures, which have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures under applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
QuickEstimate owns all rights in the Services, including software, logos, and content. Users retain ownership of estimates and agreements they create but grant QuickEstimate a limited license to use submitted content for service provision.
7. Limitation of Liability
QuickEstimate is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickEstimate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for Services in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QuickEstimate and its affiliates harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by closing your account.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fulton County, except where prohibited by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be effective upon posting.
