Your account needs a verified email address before you can start creating estimates. Here's how to handle the common cases.
I never got the verification email
- Check your spam or promotions folder — confirmation emails sometimes land there on the first send.
- Make sure you signed up with the email address you're checking.
- From the sign-in screen, you can request the verification link again.
The verification link expired
Verification links are valid for 24 hours. If yours has expired, request a new one from the sign-in screen and use the newest email you receive.
I forgot my password
Select Forgot password on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. You'll get a reset link that's valid for 30 minutes. Once you set a new password, you'll get a confirmation email and can sign in right away.
