Once an estimate looks right, sending it takes one step.
Send by email
Select Send on the estimate, confirm the client's email address, and QuickEstimate emails them a professional PDF with your branding and the full breakdown of costs.
What your client sees
A clean, itemized PDF with your business name, the scope of work, and the total — the kind of document that signals you're a pro, not a scrap of paper from the truck.
After you send it
The estimate's status updates so you can see at a glance whether it's been sent, viewed, or accepted from your Estimates list. If a client wants changes, edit the estimate and resend — there's no need to start a new one.
Turning an accepted estimate into an invoice
Once a client accepts, open the estimate and select Convert to invoice to generate a matching invoice without re-entering the line items.
